When we are born a creative light enters the world. As we connect to and reflect our creative spirit our eyes shine with wonder and awe. Some remain connected to their creative light throughout their lives. Others, like myself, have experienced a disintegration of their creative spirit as external voices, conditions, and responsibilities have taken their toll.
Expressing our creativity is crucial at all times of our life. It becomes vital during the 2nd Half of Life as we recognize the importance of expressing purpose and meaning in our lives. During this time, creative expression takes on the same importance as lifestyle and career choices hold.
No matter how dim light, restricting the schedule, or great the responsibility, your creative light can be brought to full luminance through:

Over the past several years I have experienced an intense reawaking of my own creativity. This has brought about a huge shift in my focus toward passionate support of creative development in others. This shift has led me to become certified as a creativity coach. This focus plus the integration of my other work experience provides me with the ability to approach creativity coaching from a place of understanding the challenges and supporting the courage that is required to move forward creatively.
A visionary leader within a large international corporation honed my skills in spotting and developing emerging trends. This included bringing leading edge technical trends into the workplace in the mid 1990’s before they were part of the everyday workplace such as:

- Corporate coaching
As a former massage therapist, I have learned the importance of integration and balance of body- mind-spirit for optimal creative achievement. |
