School of Creative Resilience
Evanston, Illinois, USA
A lifelong writer and creative, I was diagnosed at 25 with serious chronic illnesses and forced to change my career path. Since then, I have worked hard to boost my resilience so I could design a new creative career, one which allows me to help others. In the decades since my diagnoses, I have learned that resilience is one of the most vital forces to become a “daily creative” – someone who views creativity not as the act of making a piece of art, but the choice to live a creative lifestyle.
I work with clients (creatives, and the creative-curious) who want to boost their resilience; together, we co-create goals and build new habits that support that quest. My sessions are hilarious, adventurous, sensitive, and kind, and I offer a lot of text/email support and accountability in between sessions.
Each client is unique, which is why I don’t offer a rigid program that specifies a number of sessions or a step-by-step path. Instead, I approach coaching with flexibility and an openness to serving each individual in ways that best suit them. Let’s design something that’s perfect just for you!
Methods of Working:
Text and email support in between sessions

Individual Services Offered:
I offer one-hour 1:1 coaching sessions, either on an open-ended basis or in packages of 7 or 13 sessions.
Some clients want additional accountability, and for them, I offer an additional package of daily text check-ins/powerful questions to support their growth.
Anti-Languishing List (ALL) workshop: An opportunity to identify the daily choices and habits you need to go from languishing to thriving. Small group online workshops in which we learn how habits impact creativity, develop our own list so we can give it our ALL every day, and learn how to support one another in that effort.
