Philosophy:

If you choose to be coached by me, we will most certainly have fun, but it won’t be all fun. I will probably sometimes tell you things you don’t want to hear. I will most likely ask you questions that are not easy for you to answer. And I will undoubtedly highlight your gifts in ways that surprise and invigorate you, leaving you feeling like you have a lot of work to do. Any coaching process worth the effort and cost will be a mix of pleasure and discomfort—how else will we get you out of your comfort zone and into an expanded and enhanced version of your life that is more fulfilling and delightful?

In addition to your achievement of the goals you set, the satisfactory results of our working together—my goal for you—will be your assurance and ability to demonstrate that you have the skills, habits, and tools in place to be your own coach once we have concluded our work together

Training and Experience:

My graduate degrees include an MFA in performance and an MA in art history, theory, and criticism from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, as well as an EdD in education from Pepperdine University. With an extensive professional background in advising, teaching, and training, I also hold certification as a master trainer, and am currently completing my CCA coaching certification.
