Philosophy:
As humans, creative expression is our birthright. We are born creative and fearless, with curiosity and openness to adventure. We learn through experiential play and we have vivid imaginations. As we become adults, imagination is usurped by experience and we have largely forgotten how to play.
As your coach, I consider it my job to facilitate the recovery of your playful, imaginative inner child so you can live your most meaningful life with curiosity, openness to possibility and the confidence to turn your dreams into your reality.
Methods of Working:
In-person in my studio (preferred), online via Zoom, Skype, Facetime
I facilitate experiential play in the arts to engage imagination and stimulate the senses, combined with provocative questioning to “harvest” resources and areas of growth potential from that experience.
