Philosophy:

Humans are essentially creative beings. Creativity is at the heart of human endeavour and is a much needed capability regardless of the work we do. At times, and for various reasons, we can forget what being creative means and looks like, particularly if our idea of creativity does not match stereotypical definitions.

Coaching inspires people to maximise their personal and professional creative potential. If you want to change the “business as usual” mindset, working with a coach provides a platform to enable new perspectives and discover innovative and meaningful ways to take action.

I love working with others to enable them to focus on what is important and to help them unpack and reframe opportunities and challenges that arise. 

As a business owner and creative professional I know the joy, challenge, anxiety, uncertainty and fulfillment that emerges from being in business and wanting to create and live an artful life.

I offer a 30 minute free consultation to establish if we are the right fit Single coaching sessions available if need be.
Packages are available and are the most cost effective.
