Philosophy:

I work with artists, writers, performers, entrepreneurs - and anyone who is looking for a creative way forward in their personal, professional or creative life.

Methods of Working:

I can meet with you in person in the South East England area – or via phone or Skype wherever you are. I offer face to face sessions at The Wellington Centre, Hastings on Thursday afternoons.

Specializations:

I have over 30 years experience as a professional artist, musician and educator. As a singer-songwriter signed to two prestigious British independent labels, I achieved international acclaim for my work throught the  late 80s/90s. Since 2003, I have been lecturing on the degree program at the British Institute of Modern Music, Brighton UK.​​​

Individual Services Offered:

Basically, coaching is a process that starts with where you are now and explores where you want to get to. Coaching takes place over a few weeks or months, and is about setting goals that fit with your values. As your coach, I can support you toward accomplishing your creative, personal and professional goals in a variety of ways.

Personal & Career Coaching:

I will help you to explore what it is that you value and enjoy most  and will support you in setting personal goals to bring more of this into your life.​​ I can help you assess your strengths and skills, and take practical steps toward professional advancement - or to negotiate career change.

Creative Coaching & Project Planning:

I can support you to overcome creative blocks or manage your time more effectively.  I have also helped people to plan and carry out professional creative projects as diverse as writing a novel, recording an album, launching an online arts show and revamping a professional website.

Public Speaking:

I can show you techniques that will help you to learn to relax, to stay focused and feel  confident.

Specialist Coaching for Musicians:

​​I can offer specialist one-to-one or group coaching including preparing for live performance, overcoming performance anxiety, working with an audience. I can also help you with songwriting, working with a band and preparing a showcase gig.
