Philosophy:

A lifelong writer and creative, I was diagnosed at 25 with serious chronic illnesses and forced to change my career path. Since then, I have worked hard to boost my resilience so I could design a new creative career, one which allows me to help others. In the decades since my diagnoses, I have learned that resilience is one of the most vital forces to become a “daily creative” – someone who views creativity not as the act of making a piece of art, but the choice to live a creative lifestyle.

I work with clients (creatives, and the creative-curious) who want to boost their resilience; together, we co-create goals and build new habits that support that quest. My sessions are hilarious, adventurous, sensitive, and kind, and I offer a lot of text/email support and accountability in between sessions.

Each client is unique, which is why I don’t offer a rigid program that specifies a number of sessions or a step-by-step path. Instead, I approach coaching with flexibility and an openness to serving each individual in ways that best suit them. Let’s design something that’s perfect just for you!
