“The Courage to Dream: Powerful Questions and Practices to Illuminate Our Creative Path”

Limiting beliefs and underlying assumptions hold us back in our lives and our creative work, giving rise to fear and self-doubt. Unexamined, they become the lens through which we see our world and unconsciously shape our view of what’s possible. How do we move from constriction to expansion, limitation to freedom, and fear to courage in our creative work? In this presentation, we will explore powerful questions and practices that challenge limiting assumptions and create new possibilities to live the life we have imagined.

“Cultivate Your Creative Life” (4 sessions) Are you longing to develop your creativity? Have you nurtured your creative side? Are you feeling thwarted in your efforts to engage in creative work? In this interactive course, we will explore steps you can take to enhance your creativity and overcome practical, emotional, and existential barriers that you encounter in the creative process. This course is appropriate for people just beginning to explore their creativity as well as aspiring and working artists in a variety of mediums. Come prepared to nurture your creative self in a supportive environment. You will leave the class having identified a creative goal and taken steps to reach it.

The course outline includes: Reawakening and Nurturing the Creative Self, Developing the Creative Habit, Overcoming Fear in the Creative Process, and Finding Meaning and Authenticity through Creative Expression.
